Miss Daisy is a delightful 1940's mohair Teddy Bear and she's looking for her Forever Home.
Miss Daisy stands at 12" tall and she has soft, fluffy mohair fur which has been carefully cleaned and is easy to comb. She only has gentle thinning of her fur, which is to be expected with a bear of this age and by no means detracts from her sweet charm. Please take a close look at all the photos, as they are part of her description.
She is four-way jointed and her head is in a fixed position.
This delightful bear features amber-coloured glass eyes, (painted backs which also indicates her age) She has had her Nose and Mouth stitching replaced as they were worn away when I got her.
Her paw pads do show signs of wear but there are no holes so I consider them to still be in good condition.
Miss Daisy is stuffed with kapok filling, and all her seams have been carefully checked to ensure she is in wonderful, 'hug-ready' condition.
She makes an ideal gift or an excellent addition to any cherished bear collection. To complete her look, she comes with her cute Vintage Cardigan and pretty polka dot and lace skirt made with vintage fabric. She also has a sweet silk bow and daisy detail to wear around her head.
